Executive Coaching
Our Program

One-on-one, confidential coaching for corporate executives, senior managers, middle managers, and entrepreneurs: Our weekly sessions are designed to develop, improve, and enhance leadership performance, organizational development, and communications, to increase your value to the organization, to better deal with challenging situations, better manage people, to provide an excellent sounding board, to strategize your personal and business development, and to create a reserve of time, energy, work-life balance, and personal and professional financial success, to experience fulfillment, success in all life areas, goal achievement and overall career satisfaction, business growth and much more. This is truly a combination of Coaching and consulting.
NOTE: We can include team session (s) for you and your team when and where needed.

How It Works

  • An initial no-cost 45-60 minute introductory session/meeting (In person, via Zoom, or by phone)
  • An executive review and needs analysis, where are you, where you want to go, and how we will get there with a timeline
  • Four 60-90 minute sessions per month (In person, by phone or video conferencing)
  • Daily Email communication and accountability
  • Telephone access for time-sensitive issue resolution

Performance Coaching
Our Program

If you find that you or another executive or manager in your organization is technically effective but has some ineffective behavioral styles, lacks the needed leadership team management skills, needs effective communication skill improvement, or is struggling in a new peer group assignment, then our Performance Coaching program will assist you in designing a shift in performance or behavior. There are often speed bumps along the way as we or a team member moves up the leadership/management ladder. For example, great sales managers often need effective coaching when they move up to VP of Sales, this new level of management and a new level of peer interaction along with often dramatic new levels of responsibility and new demands in time management and time allocation creates new challenges that effective coaching can dramatically assist with.

  • Four 60-90 minute individual coaching sessions per month (In person, by phone or video conferencing)
  • Leadership team coaching

Sales Coaching
Our Program

One-on-one sales management and sales team coaching are designed to improve overall sales performance, increase productivity, enhance closing skills and techniques, positively impact sales management, improve time management and time allocation, and create meaningful sales goals by an individual as well as by team, department, or division. Build on current clientele, establish a powerful referral process and repeat sales base as well as identify new ideal prospects and new untapped markets. We cover the steps of the sale from the initial meeting to closing and follow-up, this is custom-designed for your industry and your unique sales cycle.

How It Works

  • An initial free 45-60 minute introductory session/meeting
  • An executive review and needs analysis
  • A management team meeting to create individual/team goals (1-2 hours, in person, by phone or video conferencing)
  • Identify standard or custom sales training model
  • Conduct initial sales training program overview meeting (on-site)
  • Three 2-hour sales training and performance review meetings per month
  • Three 1-hour sales management meetings per month
  • Weekly email communication program with accountability
  • Telephone access for time-sensitive issue resolution
