Our business consulting work is very individualized and is specifically designed to address ‘your’ business concerns, challenges, and opportunities. We begin with an initial free consultation, this is usually an hour meeting to identify your challenges, get clarity on direction and goals, and formulate an overall plan designed just for you. Identify timelines and mile markers. We then meet with you and/or your team weekly, setting weekly goals, creating time management tools, identifying and implementing areas of needed training, and creating a positive atmosphere and lines of effective communication.
